Wow, its been a while

Hey guys, sorry I have been MIA as of late, but I would really like to get back into blogging and at least multiple posts a week. Lately I have been more focused on health, wellness, and exercise and have been trying to find ways to incorporate that into my blog along with the other content I already write about. A couple things have been happening in my personal life that have been taking up the majority of my time but I can't wait to get back to blogging and hit the ground running. If there are any posts you would like me to do or write about please feel free to leave a comment or shoot an email to I can't wait to get creative again and really amp up the blog content I have for you guys. Starting next week I will be posting at least two weekly blog posts until I can catch up and get used to more heavy content. I have been really thinking about starting a Youtube channel too, but I don't want to get ahead of myself here.
