Q & A- Part 1

I have decided to answer a couple of commonly asked questions so that you guys can get to know me a little better. I really want to make this blog an open community where we can share and ask each other questions, so here goes…

Q: How old are you?
A: 26 years old but I will be turning 27 next month.

Q: Are you married?
A: Yes, I have been married for 3 years as of November 7th. We had a small backyard ceremony and only paid for the marriage certificate. We only invited family and we went out to dinner with them afterwards.

Q: How did you meet your husband?
A: Haha…We met at a college party…that’s all I’m sharing.

Q: Where did you go for college? How long were you in college?
A: This is a loaded question, at least for me. I was in college for 8 years before graduating. I went to 4 different schools including Salem State University, Stetson University, City College, and finally the University of New Hampshire (UNH). I graduated from this past spring after attending for two years. I will go into more detail about my undergraduate journey in another post coming up in Blogtober.

Q: What is your degree in?
A: Bachelors of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics.

Q: Where did you grow up?
A: Danvers, Massachusetts.

Q:  Who inspires you?
A: I have a lot of women that have inspired me in my life but the two that hold the cake would have to be my mom and grandmother. My mother is one of the strongest women I know and doesn’t put up with any B.S. She always goes after what she wants and has always been confident in her ability to take care of herself and her children. My mother has always been and always will be my best friend, and I am so thankful for that. My grandmother ha always been there for everyone in the family no matter what. She is such a giving soul and would literally give the shirt off her back if it meant the other person was comfortable. Not only is she a giving person but she  always knows what to say to make others feel better and is pretty hilarious sometimes too!

Q: What is the most generous thing anyone has ever done for you?
A: Hmm…I would say my husband allowed me to focus on school and not work for a couple months when I felt like I has too much on my plate. He supported both of us and we weren’t even married at the time.

Q: How long have you been blogging?
A: I started blogging 5 years ago on another blog, but never really put the effort into posting consistently. I decided to delete that blog 3 years ago because I never really posted on it. I started really posting on Who’s the Mo last year but school work had to come first so I didn’t become consisted with content until last month and I am still trying to figure out a schedule that works best.

Q: Why did you start blogging?
A: I started blogging as a creative outlet to share my thoughts, adventures, and favorite things. I think blogging is a great way to meet new people and make new friends.

Q: What is your social media handle and what platforms are you on?
A: I use Twitter and Instagram and my handle is @whosthemo on both.

I will be posting a part 2 to this Q&A during Blogtober but didn’t want to bog one post down with too many things. I hope you enjoyed reading and if you can think of any other questions please let me know in the comments below.
