In Flight Essentials

Have you ever made a Sephora order and stocked up on the free samples and minis only to wonder what the heck you would use them for? Well look no further, these are the perfect size to bring on a plane with you and and are great because they are one use then you can get rid of them (and they're free so why not right!?).
I got this Benefit Cosmetics eye mask from Sephora when I redeemed my points, it also came with a mini palette and luggage tag that I still use. Eye masks are great for traveling in planes to block out light if you want to sleep. On the flight we took to Mexico, I actually got a little sick, so it was nice to have something to cover my eyes and relax a bit.

Lip balm in any form is essential in my book when flying, I always feel like my lips get really dry and especially from leaving the cooler weather, its always good to add a little bit more moisture to your lips. The Fresh Sugar Rose lip balm is so moisturizing and smells good too!

Speaking of moisture to the lips, during a flight is a great time to use a lip treatment to prepare your lips for vacation, and to make sure they don’t get super dried out. This sample from Algenist was the perfect one use size and once you are finished with it, it can be tossed out. I put this on my lips and then put the Fresh lip balm on after and my lips are still moisturized, no dry cracking lips for me!

During a flight, I feel like my entire face can get super dry and dull, so bringing a moisturizer and a serum makes my skin feel hydrated when we land. I used the Fresh Rose Deep Hydration Face cream, the Vichy mineral 89 hydrating skin booster, and a sample I got from Birchbox from the brand Air Repair to keep my skin hydrated. I also used this sample of Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair Eye Concentrate for my under eye area.

Hand sanitizer is also a must in my book, and I love all the mini ones that Bath and Body Works comes out with. What are the items you need with you when you travel? Do you have any in flight essentials? Let me know in the comments below (because I'm just as much curious as I am nosey!).
