6 Fashion Travel Essentials

One of my favorite things to do is travel and see new places, as I write this right now I am in Mexico. It's the worst when you get to your destination and realized you don't have everything that you need. I always have that lingering feeling that I'm leaving something behind, and almost alway there is something that I didn't bring that I could have used. Let's be real, it sucks when you forget something, and for that reason, I thought I would share with you the 6 items I have appreciated bringing with me to Mexico.

1. Francesca's Cult Gaia Dupe
I get so many compliments on this bag and it matches the tropical aesthetic of a lot of vacation spots. I love that it is structured enough to keep my phone is along with my passport holder but that see threw effect is still very apparent.

2. Kate Spade Passport holder
This passport holder is so cute and makes me excited about pulling it out in the airport. The cat detail on it is so chic and cute.

3. Denim jacket
Even though you may be traveling to a warmer place, I always think it's important to bring layers especially if you are going into the air conditioning. One of my favorite ways to complete a look but still keep it casual and wearable is a denim jacket.

4. Steve Madden shoes
These shoes that I wore to Tulum were so comfortable were great to walk to the ruins and chill out in. I will definitely be buying a new pair every year because I am so obsessed with them.

5. Baseball hat or beach hat
Any hat is essential to keep the sun out of your face and to hide vacation hair, at least for me! I brought a baseball hat and a beach hat with me and I used either of the two every single day while here so far!

6. Sunglasses
Any time of year no matter where I am or where I go, I always need sunglasses. The most obvious essential, but one that I would be lost with out!
