Sephora Beauty Insider Event Haul

If you have been reading my blog since the beginning, you know about my obsession with makeup and skincare. If you're new here, welcome, you will soon realize that I am crazy about beauty products and can't wait to try the newest and coolest thing. It just so happens that my spendy mood was increased when I found out that Sephora was having their Beauty Insider Event, I was able to get 20% off all these products because I am considered VIB Rouge, which just means I spend a lot of money at Sephora. This special sale started August 24th and goes until September 3rd, with the first 6 days being for Rouge only. All the details you need are linked here-Beauty Insider Event. The discounts are valid both in store and online...so shop away and take advantage of this crazy deal while you can!

I picked up a couple items that I would like to share with you guys just in case you were interested in stocking up while the discount is running. Swatches for products that can be swatched will be at the very end of the post as well as direct links to all items. Also, please excuse my un-manicured dry hands, I had food demos this week and couldn't wear nail polish. The first item I purchased was something that I have been lusting after for a while but every time I went to pick it up it was sold out. It is the Marc Jacobs Omega Bronzer. Marc Jacobs packaging is gorgeous and the product is a wonderful warming bronzer for all times of the year.

The second product I was interested in picking up due to the hype surrounding it on youtube, would have to be the Drunk Elephant D-Bronzi Anti-Pollution Sunshine Drops. I used this for the first time today and so far I am liking it. I added it to another item I picked up in this haul and it made my skin look sun kissed and summer ready. It says you can mix with your favorite moisturizer or serum to give a bronze glow.

The item that I mixed the D-Bronzi drops with is the Tatcha water cream. This product is a little expensive, but so worth it. You can tell the Tatcha team take great pride in product development from the packaging to the lightweight hydrating cream that lies within. If you are looking for a new moisturizer I couldn't recommend this enough, it makes my skin so silky smooth and hydrated.

I also picked up a mini Becca highlighter in Champagne Pop, this is an intense highlighter that will not disappoint. The color pay off is insane and I always get compliments on my highlight.

The next item spoke to me because the shades of these shadows are stunning and the color payoff is amazing. Im talking about the Smashbox Covershot palette in Ablaze. This palette is perfect for fall and I can tell I am going to get a lot of use out of these colors.

The last three items are all lip products that I couldn't wait to get my hands on. Two of the items are more of a subtle no makeup gloss or balm look whereas the other is a stunning wearable nude. The first item I am going to mention is the Becca x Chrissy Teigen Glow lip gloss in the shade Beach Bum. This is described as a warm sandy pink, but this is the perfect nude everyday shade for my complexion. I think this would look flattering on every skin tone, I you should pick it up while it is still in stock on the website.

The next item is the NARS Orgasm After Glow lip balm. This is a great through in the purse for everyday type product and as soon as I saw it I had to add it to my cart!

The last item I picked up is the Dior Addict Lip Maximizer Plumping gloss in the shade pink. This is a great everyday product as well and will live in my purse along with the NARS balm.

If you liked this post please +1 and comment below which product your most interested in. Let me know if you give any of these a try and if you have any recommendations of what I should try next.

Thanks for reading!
