4 Lip Products You Need in Your Makeup Bag

This insane snowy weather is giving me an opportunity to get a couple blog posts done, and I am loving it! I love writing content for the blog and learning about how to make my posts and photos even better. Since I have off of work and school today (Monday), I thought I would write a post talking about the lip products I can't live with out, and that I think everyone should add to their makeup bag.
These are the lip products that I have personally reached for more than a couple times in the past month, and I just wanted to chat about them on the blog. The first lip product that I have had an obsession with for over a year now is the Kat Von D liquid lipstick in Lolita. This product has been so hyped up over the years, and if you have been reading my blog posts you probably wish I would just shut up about it already. This is a great darker nude that completes any winter or fall look, and if you haven't heard about it you should definitely check it out. I love wearing it with chunky sweaters and jeans on a day that I want to look a little more put together. It doesn't dry my lips out at all and it lasts forever (or until I wipe it off).
The second lip product would have to be the Too Faced Peach oil lip gloss in the shade Papa Don't Peach. This is not as pigmented as a liquid lipstick, but as the name suggests it gives a glossy finish. Whether you choose to layer it with a lipstick or wear it on its own, its an easy no fuss gloss that just give such a gorgeous pinky finish. Not only is it pretty awesome that the gloss smells like peaches, it works so well at moisturizing my lips too. If I choose to pair it with a lipstick, I love layering it on on top of the Urban Decay lipstick in the shade Liar.
Buxom liquid lipstick in the Dominatrix is a wearable red that is perfect for any occasion. What I love about this product is that it stays on and lasts but as soon as I need to get it off my lips it comes right off with out staining my lips like some darker or red lip products tend to do. I try to steer clear of any lipstick that is red because I am so self conscious that it will make my face look red, but maybe I just need to get that out of my mind. The packaging is super portable and the color works with so many different makeup looks.
Another gloss...I know but hear me out, the colors do look similar but this gloss has a minty feel and scent when applied. When ever I need a wake me up or am in a bind with no breathe mint the Buxom lip creme in the shade Mudslide is my go to gloss. This product is the perfect my lips but better shade and definitely makes me feel a little a little more awake and put together.
Well I hope this post helps you create an arsenal of go to lip products or at least gives you an idea for a new one! What is your favorite lip product?
